Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Fulfillment Times
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days, with 97.66% of orders shipped within 5 business days, and over half shipped in 3 business days or fewer. This is separate from shipping times, so to estimate the total delivery time, add the fulfillment time to the estimated shipping time. Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Order Processing Times
All orders, once fulfilled, are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Delays may occur due to high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer international shipping to multiple countries. Due to the nature of shipping prices internationally, refer to the shipping price calculated during checkout.

Shipping options and estimated delivery time:

  • Standard: 5 to 10 business days
  • Expedited: 2 to 5 business days
  • Express: 1 to 2 business days

Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup
We do not provide immediate local or in-store pickup as our store is online only. Please refer to shipping options and estimated delivery times mentioned above.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships. Allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Certain carriers may have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please check with the specific carrier's policy.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The order amount minus the shipping costs for the return will be refunded. In case of damaged items, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
